Whether your preparing for 10U Thunder or 10U in-house this is where it all begins. Some kids want to learn to pitch, while others wobble around in the catcher's equipment.
What is consistent with all of these children is their willingness to try. They all want to give it a shot and as a coach that is all I can ask for. Patience is a challenge at this level, for the kids, parents, and coaches as pitching strikes are extremely difficult. However next season we will reap the benefits of our 1st year together while completing our preparation for the next level(10U).
Note to Parents:
While our children continue to develop and identify what position/positions they truly are interested in, please encourage and work with them. They'll make you proud you can bet on it.
The 8U Panthers were a pleasure to work with. They are a true reflection of your guidance and leadership. For that I thank you and hope to see everyone back next season.
